I install the new Affinity Designer version and the auto zoom is going crazy, no matter what am I working on or if I am just watching the screen, it zooms-in by itself and several times. I have to go back every five seconds with the keyboard. Anything I can do? Sounds like something is messing with the keyboard shortcuts. Do you have any Keyboard or Shortcut utility application installed?

Here it is, I recorded it with my phone, so I wasn't moving anything, just staring at the screen. You may need to provide more info about your setup: computer hardware, operating system version, any attached devices….
I work with an extra HP monitor. Is this information useful? I am dealing with the same buggy behavior, and it's frequent. Like 2 to 5 times per minute. The zoom-in issue only occurs when the mouse is over the app window for Affinity Designer.
But it really seems random, and VERY frustrating when working on details. My mouse wheel does not seem to be malfunctioning.
I'm not pressing keys when it occurs. And I don't see any interface interaction like the cursor crossing a certain button or slider that initiates a zoom action.
I noticed my zoom-in behavior occurred more like every 60 seconds, not a few times per minute. Then I thought about keyboard shortcuts. Then it dawned on me: I use Caffeine, a utility that keeps windows from going to Sleep.
Caffeine simulates an Fup-key action. I disabled it, and the unwanted zoom-in behavior has seemingly stopped. Apparently, there is some interaction with an F15 key and Affinity Designer.
